How to force Edge 130 Plus to latest firmware update?

My Edge 130 Plus has 3.00 firmware version. Garmin Express and Garmin Connect Mobile say my device is up-to-date, nothing to update, however Garmin docs says firmware version for this device is 3.8. How to update it?

It is randomly restarting during activity, so looking for a reason. Deleting and resetting all settings did not help

Version 3.00 has been around for a long time and very likely there will never be anything newer for this end-of-life product. By the way, I've never seen mine restart or freeze, but I don't connect it to anything - sensors nor phone.

I mean mine has 3.0 while there is 3.8 available, but I can't update. What version yours has? Mine keep restarting even without phone or sensors...

3.00 is the latest software for the unit. I wonder if 3.8 is for a sensor paired to the unit.
