garmin edge 130 plus has lost connection with my android device since the most recent software update. It connects via Bluetooth but repeatedly says set up has failed. I've reinstalled the connect app, disconnected Bluetooth etc but nothing helps

Try turning off WiFi on both devices. It shouldn't matter, but I've had wifi interfere with Bluetooth connectivity when updating sensors.
