Pairing issues

I just purchased an edge 1030plus. I cannot pair it with my samsung s21 ultra smartphone. It will ask me to pair with (BT) Edge 1030plus and it then goes to next step to pair with (BLE) Edge 1030. THen it says pairing failed. What is the difference between these two ? How do I pair ? I have followed the instructions in the manual. Need help please, Thanks

Carlosvato I'd recommend making sure your that your phone, Connect app, and Edge are all on the latest software versions. To make sure that your Edge is updated, you can use Garmin Express.

After you have done this, you can follow the steps in the video HERE to help pair with your Android.
