Before for a ~1h bicycle ride, 26 Avg Spe ed, 140 Avg bpm I would get like 800-1000 calories and ~30h recovery time. Now I get 400-500 calories and 0 recovery time.
This might, but might have not coincided with changing my weight from 94kg to 93kg. I don't remember exactly when I changed it.
I noticed this on 31 March and its been that way ever since
