is there a fit file viewer tool to view jump data?

I'm hoping to be able to view the MTB dynamic data in the fit file. I've tried GPS utility (5.39) and GPXsee but neither see to show the jump data or at least not in a way that I have seen. Does anyone know of a way to get view this data in the fit file?

Thanks for any help Slight smile

  • Hi, have you looked at the data in Garmin Connect? It has graphs for Grit and Flow, a table of all jump data, and the jumps appear on the map as clickable icons.

  • thanks for coming back to me, I have used the map and it's okayish but when you have a lot of jumps it's not easy to see on the map I think because you can't zoom in super close  https://flic.kr/p/2mWrL66 so then matching this to the table https://flic.kr/p/2mWrMg7 isn't great. I've used TrailForks and that's better as when you click the jump it goes to the location on the map https://flic.kr/p/2mWqzyR and turns the circle to a square and this is probably as  good as it gets. Actually looking at the TrailForks method to write this shows it's actually really good. I've found ways to understand what it's showing me.

    Thanks again

  • Oh wow I see what you mean!  I mostly road bike so there aren't that many jump icons on my rides lol!!

I checked one of my rides in the Fit File Repair Tool and I see the jumps in the MTB dynamics section. So they're definitely in the FIT file if a viewer is able to display them..., but I guess that just brings us back to your original question about which FIT file viewers show jump data well. Maybe there's only Trail Forks, since it's aimed at offroad activities.
