navigation Prompts to often

My navigation prompts at almost every switchback on a tight gravel road. Is there a way (in the route creation, i would assume) to force my 130 to only tell me to turn where i tell it to tell me?

Very late reply but I rarely come to this forum. To my knowledge it's all or nothing, you cannot select which turns to be prompted about. I use the Edge 130 Plus for mountain biking and I completely disabled the navigation prompts as they are useless on trails. I keep the map zoomed in and use that for navigation.
