Hello Group,
I just started my Century training plan, and Sunday is my long day of the week for training, which generates a "zone 2 aerobic" training session. The description is to ride for 60 minutes in zone 2, and I have completed a few of these rides keeping my power in zone 2, but after completion i see in the garmin connect app a 0% completion rating for the training session..
Is there something I a missing in this type of activity, I press start to begin and once 60 minutes is up the device tells me I have completed, is it supposed to be "heart rate zone 2" instead of "power zone 2"?
Hoping someone can clarify.
