Connect IQ issue in Elevation page

Hi,

I just got an Edge 130 Plus today. I am trying to use an eShift CIQ app for my AXS shifter. At first I thought it wasn't working at all, and was actually contacting the developer. But now I've found that CIQ fields aren't working for me on the Elevation page, but is working correctly on other pages. I've tried multiple CIQ apps.

Has anyone see this? I tried a full device Reset, although that didn't really seem to reset very much? After the setup process when I went to customize the pages it still had a CIQ app in the Elevation page, even though it was post reset.

The symptom is that only "IQ" displays in the field. I took some photos if anyone wants to see.

The developer asked me to send them a log, and prior to figuring out CIQ wasn't working on Elevation, there was no log file at all. Seems like it's not running CIQ apps at all.
