How to pair 2020 Turbo Creo as e-bike to show bike battery/mode etc?

How can I pair my 2020 turbo creo as an e-bike. Right now I can pair speed/cadence and power as separate sensors, but it would not pair as an e-bike?

Has anyone gotten this to work?
