Used my new 1050 yesterday for first time but also had my 530 on the handlebars to compare values etc. All was in synch until I reached the coffee stop and paused the devices. On resuming, the 1050 suddenly showed my average speed at over 1000kms per hour and spent the next hour or so reducing bit by bit until my final ride figure was 63.11kph whereas in reality it was 29.3kph. The elevation numbers also diverged with the 1050 registering 695m and the 530 showing 658m. Not too much of a diff but given the 530 is already overcounting elevation versus strava data, I was hoping the 1050 would be more accurate, not less. Finally, at one stage the elapsed time on the 1050 showed about 30 mins more than the time elapsed since I'd left my house whereas the 530 was 100% accurate. I stopped at a junction to say goodbye to some ride buddies and the 1050 decided to reset the elapsed time so I ended up doing 100kms in 1hr35mins (I wish !). Have I just got a duff device or do these sound like regular issues for which there are solutions ??
Thanks
