Flashing Elevation Issue

I got the Edge 1050 a few months ago and the ClimbPro screen is basically useless with this elevation flashing over the map and data fields. Is this normal? Can I fix it? Is it just an issue with my unit?

    I watched the video and noticed that the slider for adjusting the height of the elevation display is all the way down, so no elevation should actually be displayed. Maybe that's causing a glitch. Try sliding it up a little.
