I have owned many Garmins: 1030, 1030 plus, 1040 and now the 1050. I always use the Openstreepmap for the Benelux. Installing is easy: copy the *.img file to the root of the Garmin, enable the map in the profile and done.
Not so in the 1050. I copied the OSM map to the 1050. The map is listed in the list of available maps. I enable the map and disable everything is. The result: no OSM map shown, just the default Garmin map. I tried copying the img files to /Garmin/Map with no avail.
I just do the same as always, but the 1050 doesn't show my custom map. What am I missing? SW is 29.22
