Distance to go in navigation screen/no countdown...

During a 40 km mountain bike ride, the navigation screen suddenly displayed 19 km to the finish. Why it suddenly appeared is beyond me. Even weirder, it doesn't count down. Even when I reached the finish, it still showed 19 km to go... I can't get rid of it either. Any ideas? Or is this another new feature nobody asked for? Navigation instructions were no longer given. Sloppy software.

    Can you try the following and then do a test ride to see if this occurs again: 

    1. Connect device to a computer
    2. Close Garmin Express
    3. Open the Garmin drive > Garmin folder > Prompts
    4. Delete the contents in the Prompts folder
    5. Open Garmin Express.
    6. Sync the device.

    It's not the answer because I'm using Mac and then there is no Garmin drive.....

    When using a Mac, you'll need a third-party program in order to access the Garmin drive. Please note that Garmin doesn't own or maintain this program and we suggest doing your due diligence prior to installing and using it.
