"Time to Fuel" alert Disable doesn't Disable

I have turned off the eat and drink alerts in all profiles, but i continue to get the "Time to Fuel" alerts mid ride. Has anyone else had this issue?

This might be the new course nutrition/hydration feature

If you review the course you will see new option Nutrition/Hydration

Switch that off
