Is there current information for controlling Varia lights with the Edge 1050?

I have early generation Varia lights - the big, blocky HL500 headlight and a pair of TL300 tail lights. The lights are all charged and paired. Things seem to be working in my garage, but I'd like to do customization, like setting them to "Auto" for proper light intensity based on daylight, night, etc.

The user manual I have is from 2015, and tells how to control the lights from an Edge 1000. Software on the newer Edge models has changed, so the instructions don't match the Edge software, All the Edge 1050 user manual says is that I can use and control Varia lights. I'm looking at the UT800 User Guide and the Vue UG for more current help, but is there any other source for help?

You may want to contact support. I don't think the TL300 devices are supported on the 1050 because of their age.

I did a ride yesterday, and the lights came on after I turned the 1050 on, as expected. I was able to set the lights to "auto", so I could have also controlled them manually. What I didn't see was the ability to touch the 1050 screen to activate the turn signal feature. So I guess you're right, that some of the software has been removed.

I assume the 1040 wouldn't support these lights, either. I don't have any older units, though I might be able to get my 1030+ back from a friend for testing....
