I've reported this before and the new update did not fix the problem.
I have a Trek e-bike with battery extender. When fully charged, it shows 150% on the e-bike.
Often on rides where the loaded course is only 40 miles or so, I get a message saying course extends beyond range of battery. I push the button on the e-bike showing how much additional range I have, and it'll be well over the remaining distance when I get the message.
Also, when the battery level shown on the e-bike reaches 110%, my Garmin shows a message saying the battery is low.
Since the Garmin gets cadence, speed, etc. from the e-bike, why does it not get battery information from the e-bike?
I can easily dismiss the message in the summer wearing short fingered gloves but, in the winter, my long-fingered gloves will not work with the Garmin touchscreen.
