The beta update 28.20 killed my Edge 1050

Hello,

i hadn't had any problems with the beta versions until now, but version 28.20 killed my Edge 1050.

What I did:

- Updated to 28.20

- Planned a tour on Komoot and loaded the GPX file onto the Edge 1050.

- Started the tour and after half a kilometer, the Edge crashed and has been stuck in a boot loop ever since.

Does anyone have any idea how I can get out of this?

The next solutions are:

Connect to a Pc/laptop with GC running should force it out of the loop and into disc read mode. I would also ensure I have the garmin connect app running on the laptop/pc

thank you for the tips. That helped and Edge is working again. Unfortunately all settings and data have been lost. It's annoying but that can happen when using beta software. It's my own…

Pair back to Garmin connect and set up like a new unit and it should pull all your settings into the new unit.

the 1050 syncs most settings.
