Lap button not working

Hi all,

the lap button of my Edge 1050 does not work anymore. During an activity, I no new lap is started when I push the button. Each activity profile is affected, outdoor and indoor activities. I can still start a lap using a Di2 button which is assigned the lap function, but not with the device button.

Any ideas how to fix it? Can it be a faulty device setting or software bug (SW 13.14). Or might it be a hardware issue?

Thanks for this answer. I already found this advice. Although the lap button is neither stuck nor hard to press, I followed the recommended steps, but it did not help...
