The Screen turns off for a second while riding

Hello,

As the title says, I’ve been experiencing an issue with the screen. While riding, the screen sometimes (apparently at random) goes off for a second and then turns back on.

I’ve already reset the device, but the issue still occurs. The device is connected to a cadence sensor and a dual heart rate monitor strap.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

I got a replacement 1050 yesterday. I'll set it up today and try it out tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed for a resolution to this.

Yes, me too. Seems completely random. Yesterday i have installed the latest beta, if it occurs with that also i'll create a bug report there

Yes same for me screen goes blank but also one of those that has the 28.11 boot loop issue for which they archived said version. Currently can’t use the Edge until they fix that issue.

I have been noticing this issue for a while. Screen blinks off and on at least once every ride. My warranty runs out in a month so I am planning to call customer service soon to complain.
