Hi all. I read a post on this from a year ago but it still seems to be a thing. I've had my 1050 for 6 months and use it regularly. I completed a ride, switched it off and put it on charge as I have every time before (same charger, same routine) but on the next ride it wouldn't switch back on. I tried plugging it back in, holding the power button down, waiting, nothing worked so I rode with an old Garmin. The next day I tried multiple times and eventually (about 6 tries) it restarted and booted up normally.
What did I do wrong? Is this going to happen again?
This has not been a good unit. I have had problems with it not getting a satellite fix, not uploading rides and not allowing live track. All intermittent and last 2 still on going. My 1030 has been faultless for years. Never had a single problem.
