I have a power meter in my MTB. It is on on all my rides, but I am starting to think about some possible errors on calculating effort and calories.
For regular XC rides, it should be ok, but as soon as things start getting more complicated in descends, then it is not. On Enduro rides, it is counting the descends as no power at all, but it could be difficult ride and HR at 170bpm. And if I go just to DH rides, then it is even worst, as it can count only 10w for a full ride of several minutes at 190bpm.
Anyone know if disabling the PM will calculate only on HR and it will be a better calculation?.
