13.14 not synchronising my Ride

My Edge 1050 with Version 13.14 is not syncing my Ride. Ich restarted both devices and deleted the Edge from my App and connected it again. Nothing.

  • Try disabling the phone connection on the device by turning the option off, and leave WiFi as the only option for syncing.  The syncing issues happen across all devices and it's due to a flaky Garmin Connect app on your phone.  Do this test and report back.  The culprit might not have anything to do with 13.14.

  • connect device to win PC. Search for .fit file from ride date. Open Garmin connect in browser and import activity (Cloud in top right corner).
