There looks to be a lot of issues with 13.13 update.
Do you have custom maps installed, this seems to be a common issues among those reporting issues with version 13.13. If so, remove the custom maps and you should be fine.
I'm hoping Garmin release another update soon, or a way to roll back this update.

timokii Please remove and re-add any existing wifi networks that are unable to connect. The 13.13 update should resolve the underlying issue, but there are some instances where the removal and re-adding has been necessary. If this failure to connect continues after this, then there would be a new item for us to look into with the latest update.
I have to remove and readd the wifi network everytime after the device goes to stand by. It doesn't reconnect to any network at all
This is not related to 13.13, but happens since I bought my 1050 last December. Garmin does not fix the issue.
