I have downloaded a data field (Neon Edge) from Connect IQ to my Garmin Edge 1050. So next I touch the box and get a check mark in the box. Next, I touch the left pointing arrow at the top of the screen. I see a new screen. Reading category and 1/10 data fields selected. There is a check mark at the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Next, I tap the left pointing arrow. A message shows up at the bottom of the screen. "Exit without saving?" my choices are to tap either the X at the bottom or the check mark at the bottom of the screen. If I touch the X at the bottom the message at the bottom disappears. If I then touch the left facing arrow the message at the bottom reappears. If I touch the check mark at the right-hand side at the bottom. I am back where I started. I can see a screen with a plus sign and beneath the plus sign the word add. What am I doing wrong? Advice suggestions? The owner's manual does not include any screen shots. The instructions in the owner's manual are incomplete.
