Navigation vs ClimbPro course navigation

I'm am riding a MTB.... Route Navigation Mode set to MTB.

I created a course in strava and exported it to Garmin.

This new trail is close to a older trail, but the new trail is not on trailforks map layer.

I want the navigation to follow the course I plotted versus trying to push me to the older trail.

Here is a screen shot from climb pro screen....It only is visible when I'm moving (another issue in my mind)....

The route I designed and climbpro is following is Orange...

The route navigation guidance... (purple) keeps trying to get me to turn left, turn right to get me on the "known" trail.

I have Route Navigation mode set to "Mountain".... why is there no "follow the damn course as is" option.

Is there anything I can do?

This problem is a result of the calculation for turn by turn navigation!

The easiest way to solve the problem is to turn off turn by turn navigation (which normally one can live with as mountainbiker…)
