Edge 1050 not syncing with Garmin connect.

My edge 1050 won't sync my ride with Garmin connect. I tried to access the file from my MacBook to upload it manually but obviously it doesn't work either. What's wrong with your products? I don't have the time to be a guinea pig for your company. What's the best solution? Should I return the device and use RWGPS or Strava instead?

    Call Garmin support for your region. They are usually very helpful

    I bought an Edge 1050 3 days ago. I am disappointed with its software. It often routes to wrong paths that run against the traffic. It has no popularity map or heatmap outside USA. Courses created by the Edge 1050 cannot syn with Garmin Connect in my Android phone. My current solution is to use Strave phone app or web app to create routes which can sync with Garmin connect and Edge 1050 automatically.
