Warning tones via bluetooth to earbuds not possible?

Because of the very soft warning tones of the 1050 it's barely impossible to hear the warning tones when you have headphones on. It's possible to have spoken navigation warnings on your headphones, but why not the warning tones?

I've tried everything, but apparently it's not possible to hear the general alert tones from your Edge via Bluetooth on your earbuds. This was successful for my Varia radar (Varia app must run on your phone), but it is a major shortcoming that this is not also possible for, for example, the warning tones of your ongoing workout.

You can turn on voice prompts for your workouts, but it's totally crazy to hear voice prompts at the start of an upcoming interval, you want to hear that before the interval starts and also want to hear the alert tones in your earbuds just before a new workout step starts!
