Woohoo - Edge devices (some of) will now estimate your Lactate Threshold, mine did this last week.
My question - where do you see Cycling Lactate Threshold info? The Connect app only has running LT, so it converts it to running watts, but how do we convert it to cycling watts, or something meaningful for cyclists?
I have no idea how the info relates, my LT HR is 95% of my Max HR seen in the last 12 months (with lots of all out cycling racing).
