Strange "Crash" last ride (Display freeze)

i the only thing you can do if you're garmin is still under warranty I believe it's a two-year warranty garmin give is contact Garmin and Report the problem to them send it to them and they should replace your unit free of charge under warranty

They offered it to replace it with a refurbished unit. But since it is quite obviously a software-bug that would make no sense in my opinion.....support says they havent got no reply from the software-development too from the bug-reporting so far....

While looking at the 12.xx firmware beta bug report posts, I found someone who probably posted the same thing as this issue. The status was under review, so I thought the development department was aware of the problem in some way.

If the battery saver cannot be used, the company will no longer be able to advertise its published operating time of 20 hours (up to 60 hours when using battery saver), so I can imagine that it will be at a disadvantage in competition with other companies' products, but what I cannot forgive is that they set up a system at startup to prevent users from using the battery saver, and while they comment on other posts, they continue to ignore posts here and do not provide any prospect of a solution.

I noticed this freeze abnormality from firmware 11.24, but I have installed an inquiry to prevent battery saver from being used at startup from firmware before that. This is the ◯word, to say the least.

I had the same problem, frozen unit... i ask them yo replace the unit for a new one, i am still waiting.
