Wrong elapsed time

Hello, is the problem known that the time stops when the Edge is turned off? The elapsed time is not counted further and the time stamps in the FIT/GPX/TCX file are no longer correct. I was able to fix the former in my data field, but the incorrect time stamps in the recording are bad for synchronization with EXIF data from photos, for example.

“Time” and “Elapsed Time” are not the same thing. “Time” normally increments when the timer is running and stops when paused, sleeping or powered off. “Elapsed Time” normally continues through those breaks until the activity is ended.

Yes, exactly, normally the elapsed time is the elapsed time since the start - as I already wrote. But the Edge 1050 also stops this time when it is turned off. So if I drive to work in the morning and then drive home 8-9 hours later, the elapsed time should be significantly longer than the driving time. This is the case with all devices except the Edge 1050.
