Garmin Edge 1050 and Garmin Express

Garmin Edge 1050, when connected to Garmin Express (Win 11, version Garmin Express 7.23.0.0), shows the following error during synchronization: "An error occurred while syncing with Garmin Connect."

When connected to the PC, File Explorer detects the Garmin Edge 1050 directory. Everything appears to be okay.

What could be the problem? This issue has been ongoing for about a week.

    I have the same problem but on my Mac and have this problem
    In fact, I have had that device for 4 months from the start,
    The Mac is connected to the device but does not show it as a removable drive.
    I think Garmin needs an update

  • Something else happened to me. I have both a Windows PC and a MacBook Air at home. I usually connect my Garmin devices (Tactix 7 and Edge 1050) to the Windows PC. A month ago, I tried connecting both devices to the MacBook, and it caused a complete malfunction in both devices to the point where I had to reset and reconfigure them.
