Why do I get a distance warning?

Every 10 km my EDGE 1050 gives a warning. In the profile settings all warnings are switched off. Is there another setting which can cause this warning?

Distance Alert or maybe a custom alert

I assume it is not an auto-lap based on distance.

Thanks! It was a custom distance alert but it was almost invisible because the field was blank. See attached movie.
