Talk about infuriating. I've always been able to pause, then turn off my 2-year old Garmin Edge 1030 Plus during a break, then start it up and Resume the ride again with no problems. I've been doing that with the 1050, but yesterday, when I restarted, it worked just fine UNTIL I finished the ride and Garmin Connect uploaded the ride to Strava. Turns out the activity sent from my 1050 to the Garmin Connect and Strava is missing the first 43.39 miles of my 56.03 mile bike ride!

The strange thing is that the stats like calories, elevation ascent, avg speed, distance, etc. seems to show up on the Garmin stats, but NOT the map itself. I looked at the FIT file and it's considerably smaller than other FIT files of similar distances, too. (204kb vs 827kb from my previous 45 mile ride)
This is on firmware 10.19
This is how the ride should have looked like
Strangely, on the Edge 1050 itself the Activity shows the mapped ride correctly!
I have uploaded the FIT file for you guys to take a look at and diagnose.

On a separate note, after having the 1050 for a little over a month, I did experience the mid-ride reboot once. It wasn't during a route calculation or anything, either.
