On my old edge 1030 it was easy to see if I was recording a ride because speed would show if you weren't recording, (of course distance as well but speed was a faster indicator).
On the 1050, speed and distance shows but that doesn't mean you are recording. The only way I have found is to check if you get the option of 'return to start'.
Or use the stop and see if it shows the green arrow or stop sign . Then press accordingly.
I have lost rides before and so would prefer a clear indicator.
Any suggestions?
