Phone notifications doesn't go away automatically on Edge1050

I used to Garmin Phone notification with a small pop up which goes away automatically after a while, but on Edge 1050 It doesn't go away automatically until I press the X mark. Is there any way to configure a time for these notifications?

    There are more notifications that don’t go away after a while. For instance the low battery warning of my radar stays on. What is Garmin thinking. I have to take my hands of the handlebar to push the X. On a bumby road that is not that easy. There should be a time out.

    Same here I have a Mountain bike, and I cannot take my hands of the handlebar to dismiss a notification

    Another one today: low Di2 battery warning that stays on blocking all my data fields and part of the map. I always lock my screen so to get rid of it I also have to unlock my screen first. So stupid.
