Changed from a 1040. What a disappointment. Mixed wifi environments still do not work

Garmin really, still no 5GHZ Wifi? We have 2024 not 2009.

And with a mixed 2,4GHZ / 5 GHZ Wifi environment it does work as bad as it did on the 1040.

Please do your homework and not 5000 fancy functions that no one uses.

What is it that doesn't work for you? I have a 2.5/5 GHz wifi network and 1050 syncing rides/maps, etc seems to work faster and more reliably than it ever did on my 1040.
