Garmin Edge Remote icon blinking / searching

With firmware 10.19, the Edge Remote icon flashes / searching connection even though the remote is connected and the device responds to clicks.

It is not since 10.19 - this behaviour exists since the launch of the device. I opened a beta ticket month ago - no fix!

Yes, it is strange. After purchasing the device (and it was with firmware 7.XX) and after connecting then Edge Remote the icon certainly did not blink. Now I received a new device under RMA and immediately updated to version 10.19 (and connected all the sensors post update) and the effect is that it seemingly connects but blinks simultaneously all the time. I think something must have changed in the firmware over that time.

Yeap, same here. Has been the case from the start.
