Mount clearance Edge 1050

Rather than ask for a specific bar/stem/mount combo, is there a minimum clearance distance from the centre of a computer mount locking part to the handlebars that is required for the Edge 1050 to be capable of rotating into the locked position?

1.5 mm more than the original mount.

I have a bike with a Silca Chisela mount and a stem that is slightly thicker than normal on the front. As I spin the 1050 onto the mount it just clears the stem with no extra clearance. The distance from the center of the mount lock ring to the front of the stem is right at 63mm. Maybe give it 64mm to be safe. I call it at 63.5mm
