How to restore my language to English

I accidentally changed the language on my device to something other than English, which I cannot understand. Would someone walk me through the menus to reset my language to English?

Nevermind. I installed update 10.18 and after my device rebooted, it came back in English.

After looking at the manual, I discovered the solution is described on page 88.
