How to access Edge 1050 Flash Memory by USB OTG from smartphone?

With Edge 1030/1040 ist is possible to access flash memory by smartphone, using an usb cable with USB OTG adapter. This is useful e.g. to add/update maps.
With Edge 1050 this way no longer seems to work.

Any ideas?
