Hi. Have you noticed that sometimes after starting the device the first sounds indicating the connection of sensors are kind of unclean / slightly distorted? I know this may seem funny, but I would like to know if you also have this?

I have made a small video https://files.fm/u/admdwnz772 , the first tone is fine, the second kind of overblown / distored ...
I don't think the speaker is damaged, because most of the time the tones are "clean". I don't know what it could be about, probably some bug in the software. Waiting for other users input ...…
Yes, it's a bit annoying. I hope they fix it.
Wondering if everyone is still experiencing this issue? It's still ongoing with my 1050 on firmware 10.19. Debating RMAing it though my initial assumption was that it must be a firmware issue since the distortion only happens some of the time.
Hi.
Unfortunately, I'm afraid that the RMA exchange will not solve it. As in my case, when I received a new device. Probably the firmware is not perfected, this is the first Edge with a real speaker. The firmware is based on previous series... I have several devices / sensors connected (varia, power, hr, speed, remote), and after switching on a device there is a cascade of notifications about their readiness for operation. That's when it's best to catch this bug, because usually some of the following notifications are distorted (but not every time).
No changes in the latest beta (11.17).
You can hear it clearly during the GPLama video...
