Edge 1050 keeps rebooting in loops

I have been trying for hours to try to solve this issue.

Tried to reset it from scratch.

Tried to synchoronise with Garmin Express, so latest versio updated.

Difficulties to connect to the phone. Then rebooting non stop in loops for hours.

Anybody solution as impossible to use the device.

    have the exact same issue, started up Garmin out of the box, went true the settings and after garmin connect sync goes in continues loop. Anu suggestions

    You can try to intercept the reboot. It may take a few tries to catch the cycle correctly.

    When it shuts down and before it restarts press and hold the lap button and connect the USB-C cable to the Edge. The other end of the cable should be connected to a PC.

    If you catch it correctly it will say loader at the top of the screen. Keep holding the lap button until the unit is forced into mass storage.

    Once it is mass storage look to see if anything is in the Garmin\NewFiles or Garmin\RemoteSW folders. If so remove the contents and see if it will startup normally.

    Thanks will keep this in mind, yesterday evening after 3 attempts of full factory reset (pushing all 3 buttons together for a while (approx 20sec) the device rebooted and is working fine since.
