When I'm off touring, and need to create a course to use on my GPS, my method up to now has been to create the course in Locus on my phone, export it from Locus as GPX, and then use the GPX/FIT exporter phone app and the gimporter IQ app to copy it to my Garmin.That worked fine with my previous Edge 1030, but the gimporter IQ app is not available for the 1050. What other means are there to wirelessly copy courses to the 1050?
I sent a message to the gimporter developer when I first got the 1050 asking if it would be updated for compatibility with the 1050, but haven't received any response and it hasn't yet been updated. I'm about to head off to Europe for six weeks of cycling, and would like to sort this out before I leave.
