TyreWiz and Garmin 1050 not compatible

I have some Quarq Tyrewiz, I see that on the Garmin IQ page they do not appear as compatible, only for older models. Is there a way to install the 1040 IQ plugin on the 1050?

The developer of the app needs to update it for 1050 support.

I know, but that still doesn't happen. Like with the 1040 that months passed. The garmin 1040 and 1050 software should be compatible, is there no way to transfer the plugin?
