Edge 1050 and K-Edge Mount

The Edge 1050 does not fit on my older K-Edge XL mounts whereby the 1040 does fit. The 1050 only fits on my very recent K-EDGE Garmin Max XL Mount. Since I have no appetite to replace 3 mounts on 3 of my bikes I’m returning the 1050.

I have both and the difference is 3mm. However the difference is not just the length. The old XL has a lump near the clamp and that lump can interfere with the unit.
