Connect IQ

Good day folks !

just received my 1050 - did the installation and pairing to my phone just like normal. Updated as well the 1050 to last firmware update (9.09)

Works like a charm so far - my only issue is that the 1050 does not show up on Connect IQ on my phone …. So I cannot install my favorite Data fields

has anyone experienced the same issue ?

Nope - but removing/reinstalling the app on my phone did the trick !

Have you removed the IQ Connect app from memory (not delete) and started anew already, so it makes a new synchro with the mother ship?

I had to reinstall it too to get it to see my Edge 1050.

Deleted all my apps and reinstalled, that seem to work…

It seems that none of the IQ apps I use - one app and two data fields - have yet been updated to say that they are compatible with 1050, so I'm not given the option to install any of them to the 1050, only to my previous 1030, where they already exist...

Just sign out of the IQ app on your phone then sign back in and it’ll then be there

Same issue, and deleting/reinstalling the app fixed my problem too.

What a garbage system. Connect IQ does not appear in list of of data screen options. Supposedly this was fixed. Not so much. Nothing like spending $700 for a POS paper weight. This sort of thing drives batsh*t crazy.
