Release 30.11

Same here with my Edge 540. I'm not a beta tester either, no release notes yet I guess.

I just did the 30.11 download and update, no issues, except I can’t find any info on what the update is about …

Rhetorical question… Why the heck am I getting a beta release?! I was a beta tester long, long ago (years?), wiped my 1040 several times since then, have no indications that I’m a beta tester in connect online or anywhere else yet I’m getting a beta release? It’s stuff like this that really frustrates users. Sadly, I come to expect this type of thing happening to my 1040. I stopped being a beta tester because it rendered my all but 1040 useless and incapable of properly recording my rides.

As with you, this showed up on my 1050 as well as my 1040 solar.

GARMIN, what the *** is up as I am not in the beta program for ether device.

Did you leave the beta program? Simply reinstalling the stable version does not do this.

I left per the leaving beta instructions. If I did something wrong, I would have received countless other beta versions but I only received this one. But thanks though.

In Garmin Connect (Web) select settings for your device in upper right corner. Make sure checkbox for beta is not ticked for your device. If still get new betas contact garmin support and ask them to remove you from the beta program Maybe something went wring when tried to leave beta and you still registered as beta user even if not seen in connect
