Sync issues since release of connect app 5.19

Hi I am having sync issues with my Edge 1040. It seems to be since my phone installed Connect app version 5.19. Whilst the graphics suggest that syncing is happening, there are two rides showing on my device in history that are not downloading to Garmin connect. 

I have restarted both devices. I have deleted edge from connect app and reconnected. No change for any of these.
