Hello,
For over a week now, I haven't been able to use my EDGE 1040. It only turns on until the “saving diagnostics” screen appears, then turns off. The power button works, but I can't get any further to perform the new update. The meter connects to the phone for a few moments. It also doesn't connect when plugged into a computer.
It's unusable.
What should I do?
