I have been using Wahoo bike computers for years but recently switched to the 1040. I use RWGPS on a desktop computer to create my routes. I export the GPX files into Garmin Connect and view or ride the route on the 1040. All of my routes have either automatic cues as generated from RWGPS or occasionally I will create Custom Cues. From time to time, some of Course Points (or cues as RWGPS calls em) that showed on RWGPS vanish when riding a route. Like a U-turn as was the case yesterday. The breadcrumb and map were accurate, but a few of the Course Points disappear. Today I exported a TCX file out of RWGPS, but with the same results.
Additionally, I notice that with the 1040 it would introduce new cues, something the Wahoo never did.
